Noel has always been at the intersection of investment management and Fintechs, helping the international expansion of leading companies in these sectors. He seats at various Board of Directors and works with our families and investors to create and execute strategic and financial outcomes, including M&A, private capital raises, IPO, and secondary trades.
Prior to ConnectAssets, Noel was investor, CEO and Board Member of HiperStream Inc., technology company operating in Europe, LatAm and USA, servicing major Financial Institutions, Insurers and Corporations. He led HiperStream through a 5 year growth cycle exiting the company in June 2020.
From 1994 to 2015 Noel held key executive roles at leading financial technology companies, namely Temenos, OpenLink and FIS (former SunGard) where he drove international expansion, through inorganic growth and business development, becoming an expert in unlocking and operating new markets.
Noel has also invested at several startups, most notably Saint Marche, the supermarket chain that introduced a superior, innovative shopping experience to the food retail segment in Brazil. He was an angel investor in 2002. In 2016 Saint Marche received a significant growth capital investment by L Catterton, the largest consumer-focused private equity firm in the world. Noel remains an investor.
